Rotate pilates focuses on the individual. with group classes no bigger than 6 & options for private lessons, fiona wants to create an affordable & friendly program to create strength in your body that has an affect on your everyday function.

with a focus on small equipment & post / pre natal. Her gentle method of teaching, combined with mindfulness & care for the individual means you leave feeling fulfilled, motivated & with an appreciation for your body.

Fiona is a diploma certified pilates instructor with over 300 hours of teacher training completed. with respect given to the classical pilates method, rotate pairs this with a modern approach to keep classes dynamic & challenging.

All classes are currently held in english.
